The original Butcher Shop in Anderson Avenue had existed for over 30 years before being purchased by Nigel in 2017.
Since 2017 he has overseen a thriving shop that has delivered quality to the community and to wholesalers in the Sydney area.
This shop would go on to win Small Business Award for Meat in Bankstown 2020 and continues to be a thriving hub for operations within the group.

The Eagle Vale store supports Junior Sporting clubs in the area. Most notably the Emerald Hill's Raven's and Eagle Vale St. Andrews Magpies.
