At The Butcher's Pantry, we believe in providing our customers with wholesome, healthy, and delicious meats. That's why we only source from farmers who raise their animals on pasture and without the use of antibiotics or hormones.
We understand that every customer has unique needs and preferences when it comes to their meat. That's why we offer custom orders and are always happy to accommodate special requests.
We are proud to offer grass-fed beef that is not only healthier for you but also better for the environment. Grass-fed beef is higher in nutrients and has a richer, more complex flavor than conventionally raised beef.

Nigel Royce is the owner and operator of The Butcher's Pantry.
His career started as a young 'Wash Up Boy' at a Peter's meats in Revesby, he then worked as a Refrigeration Mechanic and finally set his sights on a role as an Apprentice Butcher when he turned 16.
Nigel has since worked with some of the biggest Meat Industry companies in Sydney and he made the decision to open his first shop in Panania in 2017.
After successfully operating in Sydney's inner East, he has expanded into the South West market with shops in Eagle Vale, and Kearns.
Nigel continues to strive to deliver a quality service to the community through quality products and uses his industry experience to service a growing customer base that will push the brand even further beyond 2024.
